Description

the beach Feniglia is ideal for children because the water
is very low and slowly growsthe , and the sand is very fine,
no source of pollution because 8 km of uninhabited nature
reserve.

Villa Paradisino includes appartaments with 2 , 3 or 5 rooms
for
max. 20 persons.

Here it gives about 5000 mq fenced park+ natur privat wald ,with pinien and
palms etc.crossed by the river sea-lagoon of orbetello,
habitat for fishes as basses,eel ,perch,goldperch,wolfperch,
etc.

Only approximately 280 meters to the famous beach Feniglia
(8km.long)

The villa is the last point one there by the car can reach.
Then farther it is only on foot or by the bicycle. The
entrance to the national park is removed only 50 ms from the
villa. There are many different animal species deer to see
wild boars as well as many other wild animals
ca. 450 to the lagoon( rosa flamingo, which build
their nest in the lagoon like in Africa).
It is a Prominent (VIP) area too.
the Beach Feniglia is all sandy with
pine and oak trees. There are no roads, as it is one big
national park and you can only drive there with a bicycle or
walk trough it. The Feniglia beach connects the little
village ANSEDONIA with Porto Ercole on the Monte Argentario
island. The villa has 7 bedrooms all with large windows and
beautiful views. There are 3 complete kitchens with
dishwasher, clothe washer large stove with oven and a
spacious fridge. The villa is divided into 4 apartments but
we rent it only completely to a large group of 8- 18
persons, . On each floor there is a balcony and on the top
there is a roof top terrace with stunning views.
5 bedrooms have double beds, two bedrooms come with 2 twins
each that can be joined to form a double bed. There is a
sofa bed available and on request 2 extra beds can be
ordered (paid extra). The bedroom on the top floor has Air
Condition. This villa is a great home base for groups with
up to 18 persons to explore one of the nicest parts of the
Tuscany coast. From Rome Airport there is a direct train
line to Orbetello. There are fast trains every hour. It wont
take more than 90 minutes to reach the airport. Even with a
car you have a four lane highway that leads right into the
centre of Rome. This makes villa paradisino perfect even for
someone who wants to travel without a car. You can take a
train up to PISA, LUCCA, FLORENCE, VENICE and AREZZO. This
villa has 4 full bathrooms. one of them have a shower
cabin, 3 has a tub with a hand shower. All have a sink, a
WC and a bidet.
If you are interested in the Tuscan beaches there is are
several different types to choose from. The beaches close to
the house are all large and sandy, perfect with kids. If you
drive 8 km to the Monte Argentario Island you find the
beaches more rocky with cliffs and small sandy bays perfect
for snorkelling in crystal clear water. There are scuba
diving centres near by, you can rent motorboats, sailboats,
yet skies and surfboards.
You can choose more popular
places with beach bar and umbrellas for rent or if you
prefer a private, quite time on your own � just walk

minutes father down the beach - both is possible. And when
you have finished perfecting your tan you can do several day
trips to nearby local towns which abound in historic sites,
art, beautiful churches and delicious menus. Towns like
Pisa, Lucca, Massa Carrara, San Gimignano, Volterra and many
more are easy to get to. You should visit the city of
ORBETELLO located inside the lagoon that spans between the
firm land and the island of Monte Argentario. Small roads
that open up in a beautiful squares all surrounded by
historic buildings, restaurants and coffee shops. From 7 at
night till long after midnight this is the place where the
action is. Young and old will meet here, have a chat, a
beer, or a snack. Typical Italian lifestyle pure. Porto
Ercole (mayor is Susanna Agnelli chef of Fiat,Ferrari
etc,)is an ancient fishermen�s village that has
become
very very famous over the last 50 years. Its the most
elegant part of the entire Tuscan coast, maybe of all Italy.
Its yacht harbour is world famous, the nicest motor boats,
sailing ships and incredible 50 meter private yachts in the
past from Onassis,today Bill Gates,Juliana Queen Von Holland
and other poor boys, can be seen there every day coming in
and out.
There is a large varity of restaurants,shops and boutiques
that will fit nearly every style and
budget.
