This enchanting Villa is 700 mt from the sea (15 min walk) and it’s surrounded by a very big relaxing garden of about 2200 square mt with a great variety of mediterranean trees and parfums: cypresses, cedars of Lebanon, pines, fruit trees and olive trees. The Villa is characterized by the color white and green interrupted only by the fucsia of bouganvilleas flowers, following the “Style of Capri”, typical of the surrounding area. The Villa is on two floors and the apartment we rent is on the zero floor. The apartment consist of a big dining room with a nice patio by the garden, 2 bedrooms with a king size bed overlooking the garden, 2 bedrooms with one single bed and a tower bed overlooking the back of the house, a kitchen with a dishwashing and a laundry machine, a bathroom with shower and a hot water shower on the outside. Two tables and chairs in the porch and pergola, two wooden sun beds, two barbecues, two amacas to enjoy naps and toys for children. There is a big parking area. Bedroom 1 is very big and red dressed, overlooking the front garden and there is place enough for a child bed can be put inside without problem.
bedroom 2 is big with flower dressings and has a king size bed and there is space enough for a small cot and is overlooking ont the side of the garden.
Bedroom 3 is big and blue marine dressed but it's behind the kitchen and has got a very small window up on the wall so you can't see outside: it has got one tower bed (2 sleep) and one bed with a bed under it (2 sleeps).
Bedroom 4 is big and green dressed: it has got a door to go outside and a window up on the wall so you can't see outside: it has got one tower bed (2 sleep) and one single bed.
San Felice Circeo is a medieval village located near the mountain named Circeo that is part of a National Park. The Templar Castle and the Museum is worth a visit. This location makes it one of the most enchanting sites to visit around Rome. That’s why Giorgio Armani, Anna Fendi , Alberto Moravia and Franco Zeffirelli chose this location to build their Villas on the beach. The coast has sand dunes on one side and rocks on the other side. The National Park is about 8 square kilometers and there are plenty of trekking and bicycle routes.At the renovated tourist harbor you can rent a boat to reach the pre-historical Blue Caves or take a 40 minutes trip to the wonderful island of Ponza, Palamarola or Ventotene a beautiful small romantic village on the sea, beloved by snorkelers and divers.Or you can go to Terracina (the Jupiter Temple and the Roman remains), the medieval village of Fossanova and its abbey,the Renaissance garden of Ninfa and the cute villages of Norma, Sperlonga and Gaeta.
