A. BORGOGNANO FARM HOUSE
The Borgognano Holiday Farm House is located in Tuscany, near Grosseto, in the medieval town of Massa Marittima and the splendid Gulf of Follonica, on the Wine Route, which leads to Suvereto.
The proximity to the sea, only 12 km, you can enjoy pleasant tourist resorts such as Punta Ala, the park Calaviolina, Scarlino Castle, the beaches and pine woods of Follonica, the Gulf of Baratti with the famous sites archaeological Populonia and thermal spring of Calidario Venturina. The island of Elba and the Tuscan Archipelago are accessible from the nearby port of Castiglione della Pescaia, the strut Scarlino and Piombino. In addition to its central location, is also a good starting point to visit wonderful cities such as Volterra, Siena, Florence and Pisa, renowned for their great artistic and cultural heritage.
B. STRUCTURE
Borgognano Farm House is an organization created for nature lovers, situated on a hill and surrounded by green grass, fields and woods. Its location, ventilated in summer and away from the streets, makes a unique and enchanting setting where you can relax with friends and enjoy the unspoiled beauty of the place
The accommodation is in comfortable double rooms with private bathroom, equipped with all facilities, or in studios or apartments, you can choose according to your needs.
The double rooms are very comfortable with their classic décor and are equipped with private bathroom. In each room there is the possibility of adding a third bed or cot on request. Anyone who spends his stay in the room, can take advantage of several areas including the porch with deck chairs, rocking chairs and tables where you can relax in the shade or read, and where breakfast is served.
The studios are located on the ground floor are equipped with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons, television, bathroom, dressing room, kitchen, loft area with two beds, a porch to outside and garden area exclusively. The kitchenettes are equipped with kitchenette, sink, microwave and refrigerator. The studios are called "Mare" and "Maremma". The first has a white wooden loft and decorated in a minimalist country style , the second has a loft with dark wood furnishings and evokes the style of Maremma.
The apartments are always on the ground floor, they consist of a large double bedroom where you can add a third bed, a bright lounge, kitchen with sofa bed for 2 persons, television, bathroom, patio area outside and garden. The kitchen is complete with stove, sink, refrigerator, oven and microwave oven. The apartments are called "Abete" and "Quadrifoglio" and both are furnished in traditional Tuscan-style, in the one called "abete" there is also a wood oven baked in a brick-face view.
C. SWIMMING POOL
To a pleasant stay contributes a large swimming pool, made of a party that slopes gently toward the water, where even small children can move safely.
The swimming pool facing the valley, and completely exposed to the sun, you'll enjoy fantastic sunsets hard to forget.
The evocative lighting at night, will accompany you in the calm summer evenings.

D. EXCURSION
For lovers of nature and desire for tranquillity, we point out that the structure is surrounded by greenery Montioni Park with many trails for hiking, mountain biking and horseback; the Mediterranean, with its typical oak and cork trees, swarms by many species of animals and often you can spot wild boars, deer, porcupines, hedgehogs, foxes, hawks and turtles.”
In autumn, when everything is coloured by an intense and brilliant yellow rust, the collection of mushrooms and royal agaric becomes a fun pastime.
E. HORSES
At our farm you can ride our 4 horses, docile and well trained or alternatively we can offer accommodations for your horses in comfortable stable and large grass paddocks where even your pets can enjoy a nice vacation.
