Description

The house is in the green. It's near to the beach, from the side of the lake. (the access to the free beach is of forehead to the property). To first flat they find the hall, the kitchen, a single room and a bathroom with shower. At the second flat there are two double rooms and a double one with two beds, a bathroom, a cabin shower and the balcony. It's also present the private garden and park around the property. (the house is in the National park of the Circeo.

The airpor is to approximately 90 km. To arrive from Rome to take the Pontina street towards Naples, and to continue towards Terracina-Naples. To approximately 90 Km from Rome is the the exit for Sabaudia.

The near restaurants are: Saporetti restaurant, (via Lungomare). Da Toni, via Lungomare. There are also many restaurants in Sabaudia and in San Felice Circeo, (both the localities are at the same distance from the property). The closest bar is into 500 meters. The stores and minimarket are to 4 km in direction San Felice, (Mezzomonte locality), while the supermarkets are in Sabaudia and in san Felice too.
